USA

  • International Tracked 35€ – (free over 129,95€)
  • Delivery aim is 7-12 working days after dispatch.
  • Please allow 20-25 working days from dispatch date before contacting us if you haven’t received your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delays during shipping or customs.

Customs Charges & Import Taxes

Please be aware that we are located in Italy. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. International customs tax/charges are beyond our control and you may be required to pay this depending on your location.

Lost, Stolen and Damaged parcels.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel. While we will do our upmost to help with lost parcels, we cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost items, this would be down to the courier. Please notice that no shipping costs are refunded at any time. By purchasing you agree to these conditions.
