Returns Policy

Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. Please make sure you measure your pet and double check your sizing before placing an order. If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), please, email us at

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately you will not be able to return any item(s) if 14 days have passed since you received your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, free from pet hair, and in the same condition that you received it.

If returned items are found to be worn, washed, soiled, have evidence of pet hairs or show any sign of use, they will, unfortunately, not be eligible for a refund. We will not return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting for obvious reasons.

We recommend you carefully try the new items indoors, in case you need to return them.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process

Please make sure you pack your return item(s) with the original order slip, or adding a note with your order number, name and address, so we know who it is from. Please use the original packaging if possible. The returning address will be emailed to you when you request the return and this is been approved.

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or faulty) and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
When sending a return, we recommend you use a tracked shipping service and keep the tracking number until your refund has been received, or purchase shipping insurance, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your return and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.


Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved or if your return has been rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges at this time.
Please refer to our size guide before ordering to ensure you have measured correctly as it is your responsibility to order the correct size.
If what you did order is still not quite right for your pup, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

Faulty Items 

We check all our products before packing them, but in the unlikely event when receiving your order any part of it you find to be faulty, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can rectify this for you.
